By encouraging healthy behaviours through investing in your employees to take part in It’s Mental Social Active Events allows them to start their self-help journey for a period of twelve weeks in return creating a happier and healthier workforce. With the support of professional Wellbeing Coaches and Mental Health First Aiders they will improve their emotional resilience – which helps people deal with difficult or stressful situations both in and out of work.

 

By engaging your employees in our 4 week Employee Wellbeing program your staff will be given the tools to better manage their wellbeing and overall mental health. The employee will have the option to carry on their self-help journey for the next 8 weeks to graduation.
