Short programme 3 weeks

This short Happiness Program, presented by Catherine Eland, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist DSFH HPD MNCH (Reg) SF Sup (Hyp) will be delivered over 3 live weekly webinars.
Over the sessions we will explore THE PROCESS of being happy. The aim is to help you improve your personal happiness and give you an understanding of features of your brain that lead you to think the way you do. We explore how you can influence and maintain your happiness going forward. Optional added extras include helping you to sleep better, increase your self-control and improve self- esteem.
This is not an airy-fairy course, it educates and stimulates and is underpinned by current brain research and neuroscience. You will get the chance to verify your progress. You will be invited to complete The Oxford Happiness questionnaire at the beginning and at the end. Hopefully your happiness will improve on the course and continue to develop in the future.
  • The online format is low pressure. It’s delivered in a relaxed and fun way.
  • There will no pressure to answer questions or get involved.
  • Downloadable material will be available to you before the sessions.
  • You will also receive links to relaxation tracks to listen to between sessions.
  • You can take your time implementing any changes you have chosen to make, research says that improving well being takes time and some effort.
