SOCIAL ACTIVE EVENTS
Our socially active events are for people to attend and gain knowledge and experiences from expert speakers in their specialised field, such as hypnotherapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), nutrition, mindfulness, kindness and gratitude.
Presented in a social settings, events will incorporate mini taster activities i.e walking, meditation, drumming, pilates, sit down exercises and group bonding activities.
The ethos of our events are to elevate mood and therefore are always upbeat. Alongside this, our events are always facilitated by qualified a Mental Health First Aider.
