The Wellbeing Experience
Parenting Support Groups
Hosted by parenting support leaders from Rhythmicality.
The sessions are planned to build attachments with care givers.
Promoting positive attachments in early years.
Our classes stimulate their little minds and bodies.
The sessions are themed around our story or song of the week and include many activities, singing, dancing, exploring instruments, bubbles, parachute, stories, messy play, crafts and mark making (hand and footprints).
We believe that all parents need support.
We incorporate parenting activities to combat parent loneliness, building a community to help support your mental health and wellbeing and deliver targeted interventions in all areas of social economic areas to support all care givers.
Led by DBS checked qualified musicians, counsellors and mental health first aiders along with the support in each session from likeminded parents and grandparents who are always on hand to offer further support and signposting to other services.
The wellbeing experience believe in working inclusively with other services and showing what is to offer in all areas as a care giver.
