This event is about empowering people to take greater responsibility for their own wellbeing, recognising that staying well begins with the thoughts we choose, the feelings we nurture, and the actions we take every day.

A dedicated leadership forum bringing together business leaders, health professionals, educators, community partners, and changemakers to explore how we can build healthier people, healthier workplaces, healthier communities, and a healthier city.

The Venue
The Engineering Innovation Centre, Fylde Road, Preston, PR1 2XS
Refreshments & Lunch:
Refreshments will be available on the first floor by the rocket.
If there are any issues or items out of stock, please let a member of the team know so we can restock.
Lunch is not included in your ticket price. Please bring your own, or visit a local business to purchase your lunch.
You are welcome to bring food into the venue, but please be mindful of others and responsibly tidy your waste.
If you have any allergy please make the team members aware as you arrive to the event.
Tickets:
This is a TICKET ONLY event. Tickets can be printed or saved/screenshot onto a mobile phone for scanning upon entry to the event.
Tickets will be exchanged on-site for wristbands by event staff.
Wristbands are non-interchangeable and should not be removed during the event.
Anyone seen without a wristband could be asked to leave the event.
Age Restrictions:
The Stay Well Leaders Forum and the wider Stay Well Live event is an ADULT ONLY (over 16 event) event due to the nature of some of the topics and discussions throughout the day.
If at any point during the event you feel you need additional emotional support, or would like to discuss a topic in more detail, we do have fully qualified people on site who are available to support you. Please speak to a member of staff and they will be able to discreetly help you.
Parking:
Due to the event being held on Campus, no parking is available to event attendees.
Please make use of public transport options where ever possible, or car share with colleagues.
There are several parking locations around the City Centre.
