6th January - Week 1: Demystifying Self Love
What is Self Love really? Getting perspective on what self love actually means, for example it isn’t just having a bubble bath and putting a face mask on. Self Love is hard work, it’s choosing to face your fears so you can free yourself from the things that are holding you back, it’s saying YES when sometimes you want to run away and say no or saying NO when you’re so used to saying yes all the time. 1 Hour Session
13th January - Week 2: Slowing down, focus and get present
We are in a culture of doing, doing, doing and we forget about just be-ing. Looking at how we are human be-ings and how we need to implement more being and less doing so we can become present in the moment. Practicing and noticing how we feel moment-to-moment. 1 Hour Session
20th January - Week 3: Let it go
What are the blocks, self limiting beliefs that keep repeatedly resurfacing? What old stories do we need to let go of in order to break free and step forwards with our life in the best way. I will do EFT in this session to help them emotionally free the blocks that are holding them back. Also simply look at the true self and ego mind and how it’s our decision to not live in the ego to become present in the moment and attending to their needs. 1 Hour Session
27th January - Week 4: Intentions & Stepping forward
Where do you want to be in one months time, a year, 5 years from now? Looking at how and what they need to do to actively start working towards a brighter, happier and more confident self with self love being the firm foundation. Really focusing on daily practices they want to commit to like a walk outside everyday, meditating for 5 minutes and journalling, picking up a hobby that they’ve never got round to doing. 1 Hour Session
