I attended It’s Mental to help my partner and it has certainly done that, I have also found that my self belief of how well balanced and together I am was challenged in places and for the good.


I have met some beautiful people who have been through some really serious ordeals in their life and the team at It’s Mental have created a safe environment for us all to share if we need to or just to listen.


Each week we have had a guest speaker who in some way has dealt with mental well-being and it’s great to hear their story as well as being active in their field of expertise, we have tried things like hypnotherapy, Nordic Walking, outdoor activities and specialist nutrition not to mention the kindness talk which was a wonderful reminder at this time of year in particular to treat each and everyone with some love and respect.


We are looking forward to the next 4 weeks with our new It’s Mental family.
