Learn How to Control Your Anxiety - Group Coaching

This group coaching program is brought to you by It's Mental Panel Expert Anna Ashworth who is a fully qualified BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist.

What will i get with my purchase? The course is presented to you with 4 weekly live sessions. Once you have purchased your place on the program you will receive emails on how to access the live sessions. This is facilitated through Zoom in a private meeting. Make sure you have access to Zoom prior to the first coaching session.

Sessions will take place on the following dates:

1st Session - 8th September 2021 8pm

2nd Session - 15th September 2021 8pm

3rd Session - 22nd September 2021 8pm

4th Session - 29th September 2021 8pm

Who is this course suitable for? This course can be used by anyone that suffers from anxiety.

What will I learn? The course will increase your understanding of CBT, what anxiety is, what maintains it, and equip you with key Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills and techniques to self manage your worry and anxiety.

What do i need to start the program? You will need access to a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. We would recommend laptop for a better user experience.
