Weekly live sessions taught by a qualified wellbeing coach.
Each of the 4 sessions will be facilitated via Zoom, for 45 minutes with 15 minutes reflection and Q&A.
They will be fully interactive with groups drop in meetings and breakout groups.

- Throughout the 4 weeks they will receive downloadable wellbeing journals and information to support their self-help journey.
- Sessions include integrating wellbeing activities, mood logging and aspirational goal setting into their daily routine which will have a positive impact on their mood and feelings.
- Over the course of the program by taking small realistic steps and educating them on what elevates their mood and what has a negative impact, they will learn how to manage their wellbeing. By the end of the program, they will have time to reflect, create a new daily, weekly routine that starts to change bad habits into a new positive mindset.
