About the programme
The Stay Well Ambassador Programme is a peer-led initiative designed to build a positive, proactive culture of wellbeing in workplaces, education settings, and communities. Ambassadors are trained to support themselves and others through everyday conversations, practical tools, and early signposting â helping to reduce stigma and create safe spaces where itâs okay to ask, âHow do you Stay Well?â
By becoming a Stay Well Ambassador, individuals play a vital role in promoting emotional wellbeing, connection, and resilience at every level.


How is the programme delivered?
Stay Well Ambassador Training Programme
Format: 2 Full Training Days (4 weeks apart) + Weekly Online Check-Ins
Group Size: Up to 16 Attendees
