About the programme

The Stay Well Ambassador Programme is a peer-led initiative designed to build a positive, proactive culture of wellbeing in workplaces, education settings, and communities. Ambassadors are trained to support themselves and others through everyday conversations, practical tools, and early signposting — helping to reduce stigma and create safe spaces where it’s okay to ask, “How do you Stay Well?”

By becoming a Stay Well Ambassador, individuals play a vital role in promoting emotional wellbeing, connection, and resilience at every level.

How is the programme delivered?

Stay Well Ambassador Training Programme
Format: 2 Full Training Days (4 weeks apart) + Weekly Online Check-Ins
Group Size: Up to 16 Attendees
Cost: £299 per participant (includes all sessions and materials plus graduation)

Day 1 – Stay Well Ambassador Training

  • Your Role as a Stay Well Ambassador
  • The Stay Well Strategy
  • Understand the Fundamentals of PERMA + V Model

 Online Check-ins

Weekly - 25th September, 2nd October, & 9th October
  • 1 Hour - How Do You Stay Well Findings and Personal Action Plan
  • Q & A Session with Stay Well Trainer
  • Develop personal action plan ‘The Stay Well Action plan

Day 2 - Stay Well Ambassador Training

In Person Training - 16th October

  • Review the last 4 weeks – How do you Stay Well?
  • Develop active listening/effective communication skills
  • Introduction to Stay Well Buddy System 
  • Build confidence in delivering Stay Well Meet-Ups
  • Stay Well Ambassador Action plan and pack – Launch Campaign

The Stay Well Ambassador Toolkit is a fantastic resource whether it's for promoting wellbeing in a workplace, school, university, or community setting. 
 
The goal is to equip ambassadors with practical, engaging, and empowering resources that help them advocate for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
