Learn How to Stay Well

Led by Stephen Robinson CEO Its Mental

Staying well is about understanding what helps us feel balanced, resilient, and connected. The Stay Well Mapping Tool helps us identify the people, experiences, activities, and hobbies that support our wellbeing. By focusing on our positive feelings such as joy, calm, hope, and connection, we can build resilience, make healthier choices, and create a personal plan that helps us STAY WELL every day.

Rethinking Engagement through Human Design

Led By Fiona Bleetman Human Design Specialist

Blending Positive Psychology with Human Design, Fiona explores the link between alignment, wellbeing and engagement in both life and work. Led by Jane Neves

This is an empowering workshop taster designed to help you understand your approach to conflict and discover how to communicate with greater courage, confidence, and clarity.

In this engaging and practical session, you will explore:

  • Why we avoid conflict.
  • Different conflict styles and behaviours.
  • Simple tools to manage difficult conversations calmly and effectively.
  • How to move from avoidance to assertive communication

This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to build self-awareness, strengthen communication skills, and learn how conflict can become an opportunity for growth rather than something to fear.

Theme Meaning

What Gives Life Meaning?

Led By Seb Busz

We will explore the Meaning element of PERMA+V and why it plays such an important role in wellbeing. Together, we will look at where meaning comes from, how it can get lost in the pressure of everyday life, and what helps us reconnect with what feels true, purposeful, and worthwhile. This will be a reflective and practical session with simple ideas, real-life relevance, and space to pause and think about what matters most.

Theme Achievement

Done. Now What? - Closing the Achievement Gap

Led by Dr Andreea Pausan

Most of us finish something hard and move straight on to the next thing. No pause. No breath. Just: next. This session explores why we struggle to receive our own achievements - and what it costs us. Drawing on the PERMA method, we look at four things that live inside every real achievement: Reward, Self-Satisfaction, Pride, and Accomplishment. You'll leave with a different relationship to what you've already done - and a simple practice to make it count. 20 minutes · Andreea Pausan

Nutrition, Sleep and Movement

Led by Dr April Melia

This Session focuses on what we eat, how well we sleep, and how often we move shape not only our physical health, but also our energy, focus, and overall quality of life.”
