Hi, my name is Catherine Eland AHD, DSFH, SF Sup (Hyp), MNCH (Acc), AfSFH, CNHC Reg, DCR (R).
My purpose is driven by my belief that people can discover and rediscover themselves at any time in their life.
I use my skills as an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist and my role as a Clinical Tutor, to help people conquer their fears and overcome anxiety, quickly.
I am an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist at Birkdale Hypnotherapy. My practice is in Birkdale, Southport and Online. I have been helping people change their lives for the last 10 years.
I am also Senior Lecturer at CPHT Hypnotherapy Training in Liverpool, Preston, Chester and Preston. Training graduates to become successful therapists, is always a pleasure. In addition, I am a NCH registered supervisor.
My qualifications:
DSFH – Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy 2012 ( Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training in Manchester). HPD – Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma 2013 ( NCH and NCFE). NCH Registered Supervisor 2015 (Clifton Practice Advanced supervisor Training). AHD Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma 2020 This course has been assessed at a level 5 by NCFE. This is the highest qualification afforded to Hypnotherapists in the UK.

Previous Experience
I worked in the family business as Dealer Principal of Peugeot, Renault and Volvo dealerships.
In addition, I am a qualified Senior Radiographer and Mammographer at Chorley Hospital and Lancashire Breast Unit Hospital DCR(R). I have the advanced Diploma in Mammograpy principles.
