Beth is a yoga teacher as part of the Yoga Kind Collective network and also runs her own weekly classes through her brand, Awaken Within Yoga.
Having practiced yoga for many years herself, the self-exploration and personal growth available through the physical practice is something she is very passionate about encouraging in her classes. She teaches power yoga and yoga nidra – two contrasting yet complimenting practices for nurturing body and mind.
Beth is a strong advocate of self development and is always looking for opportunities to apply yoga learnings off her mat.
