Quick & Easy Neck Exercise

Maintaining neck mobility is key for supporting our head through movement and maintaining good posture. Since lockdown, a stiff neck and restricted head movement have become common issues. This might be due to the fact that we’re sitting for longer periods of time and moving less in our day.

 Today, I want to share with you a  simple and relaxing exercise to help release tension in the neck, keeping it supple and strong !
