Looking after our wrists
Today is a gentle reminder to look after our hard working wrists. I take you through a very simple and effective stretch to improve wrist flexibility and mobility. Hold stretch for 5 - 15 seconds and gradually increase. I like to do these before I perform pushups. (See if you can notice a difference after just two weeks)
