Its super easy to do, you can do it anywhere and it has so many benefits. Basically, its practising core engagement throughout the day by firing your abdominal muscles regularly.

This really helps strengthen those deep core intra-abdominal muscles, helping to improve posture by realigning and stabilising the spine, so you can stand tall and strong!
