 Episode 24: A Great Exercise for Posture

In this episode I want to share a bodyweight exercise with you today. It's all-round great for strengthening core muscles, chest, arms and shoulders. The exercise helps to develop a stronger posture, but also improves our sense of balance, co-ordination and Cardiovascular fitness. You don't need any equipment, just a mat and a timer.
