In this episode I thought I'd take you through a 6-minute Ab workout. It's quick, simple and a great one to complete first thing in the morning before breakfast. Please feel free to adjust the exercises to suit you. You want to feel the abs activate and fire. Really think about them when you're doing each exercise and chase that burn. ENJOY!
