About the event
The Family Wellbeing Festival is a Not For Profit Event dedicated to promoting and celebrating the overall health and happiness of families. We want to feature a variety of activities, workshops, and resources aimed at addressing various aspects of wellbeing, including physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing.
The Family Wellbeing Festival aims to create a supportive and positive environment where families can learn connect, and have have fun together while prioritising their overall physical and mental wellbeing.
Our ethos is to promote ‘Prevention is Better Than Cure’. We embody this and we strive to support families within the county to create social prescribing and early interventions on a large scale.
Most importantly we teach how to manage their mental and physical wellbeing, to give adults and children the tools to support them during times of low mood and prevent mental health crisis.
The Wellbeing Experience is limited by guarantee, we are a social enterprise that creates large scale events in the UK for the mental health and Physical Wellbeing of UK citizens.
