Jackie Robinson is director of ' The Balance Approach' providing wellbeing training, she is a positive mindset coach, holistic therapist and counsellor.
Delivering 121 sessions or group corporate training. Projects include working with schools and charities on a mindfulness project and offering holistic counselling services.
During lockdown in 2020 Jackie worked with the NHS to deliver online group sessions on all topics including Mens mental health, Menapause, Suicide Prevention and BAME wellbeing. Working with expertise in each area to deliver the message so noone gets left behind.
 She has a unique and fun way of delivering her sessions and combines her positive mindset training, holistic therapies and counselling skills promoting you to search deeper into spirituality, nuitrition, lifestyle, and her belief that exercising in nature plays a big part in our happiness and wellbeing. 
Gratitude and mindfulness plays a huge part in the journey you embark on with 'The Balance Approach'. 
Jackies heart is in the community and passionate about organically help each other to lead a more purposeful life. Hence why she has set up a sister community interest company 'The Balance Community Approach' which main focus is to get people to work on prevention and accountability for their own health and getting those natural resources out to those that need it most.
There is a host of wellbeing topics that can be delivered in groups alongside 121 and  counselling/coaching sessions. We believe that everyone is an individual with different needs and should be treated with care.
Friday Thoughts promotes tools and skills to live a more positive happier and purposeful life. From decluttering our minds to laws of attraction digging deeper into those lesser talked about topics. My promise Is to be Real, True and Fun with a quirky edge.
