Veronica loves to move, she loves to sweat and she loves a challenge! She has practised yoga on and off for decades in Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Bikram but when she discovered Baptiste Power Yoga things began to shift both physically and mentally, which led her to train as a teacher and she has never looked back!
There is a preconception that yoga is all about flexibility and the poses, although it is a physical work-out, yoga is very much a work-in. It is a lifelong journey of self inquiry, discovery and development, uniting mind, body and spirit both on and off the mat.
Veronica is also trained in ballet and contemporary dance and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in dance.
