Why did you want to deliver your members a Mental Wellbeing Series?
We think that we have a vital role to play in the promotion of good mental health and wellbeing right across the legal community. The need for law firms, chambers and in-house teams to continue to develop and maintain effective wellbeing interventions and a strong, genuine culture of wellbeing for their staff has never been greater.
What was important to you, as the CEO of Manchester Law Society?
It is important that the legal profession can access the right support, help and guidance when they need it and that we are able to provide support, education and drive positive change. We are working hard to raise awareness, promote understanding and to help to improve the culture within our member firms.

What did you think of the quality of speakers and content presented?
The content was excellent and attracted a wide range of delegates from support staff and trainees through to senior management. The speakers were all very engaging and gave some excellent practical tips and guidance as well as insight into promoting good physical and mental health for all staff.
What were the main benefits for using It's Mental to provide MLS Live Virtual Sessions?
Once the topics had been agreed It’s Mental did everything else – provided the speakers, content, marketing materials. It saved us a lot of time and we were safe in the knowledge that working with such a professional organisation, the events would be extremely well received.
How would you rate It's Mental?
6 out of 5!!!! Couldn’t fault them and the series was so good that we are running a second one over the next couple of months.
